Shipping Domestic

Most small items--cutting boards, art pieces, lamps, etc--will ship via UPS Ground. This usually takes 3-5 business days in the contiguous U.S., shipping from Portland, Oregon. Larger pieces will vary--some pieces break down to be able to ship via UPS or an LTL freight carrier, while others (bed frames) are best shipped via a blanket wrap carrier, which can take 3-6 weeks. Each piece will have a default shipping option to choose from the shipping method selection, so if you would prefer a different option, please email before purchasing.

Shipping International

Shipping internationally is on a case-by-case basis. Please email for a quote.

Returns

Returns on in-stock pieces are available (unless otherwise noted) within 30 days of your purchase. Shipping costs both ways are the responsibility of the buyer, and cannot be refunded. 

Custom and made-to-order sales are final. Any deposits made are non-refundable.
